Postage & Packing:
Recorded Delivery UK only. Your package will need to be signed for.
International Airmail, Europe and outside of Europe. Your package will need to be signed for.
Delivery - If I am not at home:
Please make sure the delivery address you have given, someone will be there to accept your package. If the Post Office/Courier is unable to deliver on the first attempt, they will leave a card so that you are able to collect the package directly from your local sorting office/depot.
An email will be sent to the email address you submitted to inform you of the despatch of your order together with your unique tracking identifier that can be used at http://www.track.royalmail.com or www.ups.com enter your tracking number to track the status of your order.
Delivery:
UK normally 3-5 working days, Europe anywhere between 3-7 working days and outside Europe 7-15 working days. Orders can take up to 28 days depending on stock levels and order size. All orders are subject to availability.

All pieces are carefully checked before packing and should reach you in perfect condition.
Christmas & Public Holidays:
Orders and delivering in time for Christmas upto and including 11th December unless they are out of stock. However, we will endeavour to send all orders placed upto the 11th of December as quickly as possible so that they arrive in time for Christmas. No deliveries will be made on Public Holidays. You must email shopalittle.co.uk immediately after the date the item was delivered if your item was received damaged, a replacement of the same will be offered and postage will be free of charge. Please note refunds will not be issued unless the goods are found to be faulty, Goods must be returned in its original packaging. Your statutory rights is not affected.
